Hey everyone, welcome to Bite. My fiance, Rachel and I (Jaime), purchased Bite American Tacos on January 25th, 2024. I began working in restaurants at the age of 15 and haven’t stopped since. I've worked at pizzerias, college cafeterias, sports bars and fine dining. I continued to work throughout college and unfortunately (or fortunate in my case) school was not for me. I came back home and began working at my brother’s restaurants. I worked my way up from busser to server to bartender and then manager.

Rachel and I worked at trackside together and that’s how we met. While I was slinging drinks behind the bar, she was greeting everyone with a welcoming smile. We became partners in every aspect of our lives and here we are today. Rachel’s made her career in the medical field but she is also 100% involved at Bite. She is the most supportive and hardworking person I know, I couldn’t have chosen a better person to be on my side. Together we have a 10 year old daughter, Sophia and lots of pets. We believe family always comes first.

We love our community and hope to give back as much as possible throughout our journey. We are extremely excited for this new chapter of our lives. We pride ourselves in delicious food and excellent customer service. We would like to thank everyone for their continued love and support. See you soon.
